  • HOST, HEALTH COACH, & FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

With a deep passion for health and fitness, my 20 years in corporate healthcare left me wanting to help people truly optimize their health instead of turning to pharmaceuticals or surgery. Leveraging my extensive experience, I co-founded Island Strength and Movement alongside my husband, a venture that reflects our shared commitment to empowering individuals through physical activity and holistic wellness practices. I got certified as a group exercise instructor and love to teach classes focused on building strength and resilience. Most recently I became certified as an Integrated Nutrition Health Coach and provide actionable guidance to help people optimize their health and thrive. I reside with my husband and triplet boys in the charming community of Friday Harbor.

    Erin Heydenreich

    Astrologer

I’m a forever student and practitioner of evolutionary astrology, which seeks to understand the path of the soul through the use of the birth chart. This serves as both a map and a language for understanding yourself, and why you are you. I will help you not only see yourself more clearly but ultimately cultivate compassion for all the many "selves" that live in you and through you.
