Our retreat is located on the beautiful and tranquil San Juan Island, WA. Where pristine natural beauty meets charming coastal living. Nestled in the heart of the Salish Sea, this enchanting island invites you to unwind, explore, and reconnect with nature in an idyllic Pacific Northwest setting.

Saltwater Farm is the perfect destination to get away from it all. The Inn at Saltwater Farm is a modern, Scandinavian-style, boutique inn situated on 162 wild and beautiful acres just outside the town of Friday Harbor. Escape to your separate and private guesthouse with breathtaking views, modern amenities, and miles of trails, gardens, and natural beauty to explore.

    Throughout my tenure as a healthcare provider, I've been deeply moved by the potential to empower individuals to achieve profound changes in their lives and habits, thereby preventing disease. I've come to recognize that health and wellness extend far beyond mere diet plans and exercise regimens. True wellness encompasses a holistic approach that encompasses physical, mental, and emotional well-being. In my current role, working with weight loss surgery candidates, I assist patients daily in making the lifestyle changes necessary to sustain weight loss. My mission is clear: to guide and support those who are ready to embark on a transformative journey toward lasting health and vitality.

  • HOST, HEALTH COACH, & FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

    With a deep passion for health and fitness, my 20 years in corporate healthcare left me wanting to help people truly optimize their health instead of turning to pharmaceuticals or surgery. Leveraging my extensive experience, I co-founded Island Strength and Movement alongside my husband, a venture that reflects our shared commitment to empowering individuals through physical activity and holistic wellness practices. I got certified as a group exercise instructor and love to teach classes focused on building strength and resilience. Most recently I became certified as an Integrated Nutrition Health Coach and provide actionable guidance to help people optimize their health and thrive. I reside with my husband and triplet boys in the charming community of Friday Harbor.

Through breathwork, cold exposure, and mindfulness, WHM provided Natalie with the tools to confront fear head-on. ‘It was a transformative experience, empowering me in ways I never imagined possible’

    Recently returning from Poland with her second-level Certification, she now has the privilege of sharing WHM's benefits through workshops in diverse locations for extended periods of time.
