    Throughout my years as a healthcare provider, I've realized that we have a model of sick care, rather than one of prevention and wellness. I've come to recognize that health and wellness extend far beyond diet plans and exercise regimens. True wellness encompasses a holistic approach that encompasses physical, mental, emotional and financial well-being.

    Working in the ICU and experiencing long-haul COVID myself forced me to reassess my priorities and lifestyle choices. My inability to exercise for two years was a huge wake up call for me, as my metabolic health took a hit. I realized many parts of my life weren't fostering my health, and started making big changes for myself. I want to help you do the same!

    In my current role, in bariatric surgery, I assist patients daily in making the lifestyle changes necessary to sustain weight loss. My mission is to guide and support those who are ready to embark on a transformative journey toward lasting health and vitality.

    I am very passionate about physical, metabolic, and financial health and almost obsessively consume as much content as I can on these subjects.

    With a deep passion for health and fitness, my 20 years in corporate healthcare left me wanting to help people truly optimize their health — without turning to pharmaceuticals or surgery. Leveraging that experience, I co-founded Island Strength and Movement alongside my husband, which has grown to include a second location dedicated as a wellness center. Together, these facilities reflect our commitment to empowering individuals through physical activity, nutrition, and comprehensive wellness practices.

    As a certified Group Exercise Instructor, Integrated Nutrition Health Coach, Menopause Coaching Specialist, Advanced Macro Specialist, and FASTer Way to Fat Loss Fitness and Nutrition Coach, I provide actionable guidance to help my clients optimize their health and thrive. I also lead transformational women's wellness retreats — curating immersive experiences that help women reset, reconnect, and come home to themselves.
